Weekend Opens (7/14-7/15/18)

By Dave Fratello | July 14th, 2018

Remember how quiet last week was? Well, in what could be a final burst of inventory before Summer gets quieter, we have a bunch to cover this weekend as inventory hits 105.

There are now 50 listings holding open houses this weekend, akin to the 52 in mid-July last year.

In the past 7 days, we saw 22 new listings hit the market (one a bogus re-list) and and 3 more came back to market after being on hold or in escrow.

We are going to take quick looks at 15 new listings with open houses this weekend. Not much time to write them all up in detail. The basics, including open house times, are all below.

There are others that are new that aren't letting just any beachgoer or out-of-towner stride in for a peek... you'll need a private appointment for homes like 2805 Palm, 416 35th and 3400 The Strand. (Call Dave!)

Our video this week features 16 listings, including 1544 Voorhees, 444 28th, 405 21st Place and other open houses, along with the above-mentioned not-open houses, 2805 Palm, 416 35th and 3400 The Strand:

Some email subscribers and mobile users will need to use this link to view the video.

Listings appearing here come from the whole MB market and may or may not be represented by MB Confidential author Dave Fratello.
