It seems like a sleepy weekend meant for beaches, boats and bikes, and so forth, but the real estate world has brought us several new listings as well.

Sand Section

329 4th329 4th Street Manhattan Beach CA (3br/2ba, 1700 sqft.) just keeps selling.

We saw it sell June 5, 2018, for $3.975M.

It sold again June 4, 2019, for $4.000M.

It's back now, 2 months later, at $4.399M.

In the prior two sales, the home had plenty of charm, including a reasonably modern kitchen, updated baths and a designer feel.

329 4th Street Manhattan Beach CANow it's got A/C, new countertops and flooring, and a few other upgrades, and is looking for a new owner. Not a "flip," really, it seems just to have been a case of a change in plans after the work was done. 

What was nice is now better.
