Tree Section

1717 N Poinsettia Avenue Manhattan Beach CA

1717 N. Poinsettia (5br/3ba, 3800 sqft.)  is an early-80s "Santa Barbara" inspired Spanish, with some significant updates. (This one is featured in some good, special video shots, appearing second in our video above.)

The big story on this one is the oversized and unusually positioned lot, 6000 sqft. including 150' deep. That makes for a deeper home and bigger yard than you'd expect in the Trees.

They've made great efforts to present the home clean, sharp and in move-in condition. The reality would still seem to be that modernizations would be required by many buyers at this price point. (Disclosure: Dave toured the property with clients, and they were definitely thinking about updates.)

There's plenty to recommend this one, including a spacious great room in back with the yard in full view, that big, big yard with al fresco dining, bbq, seating area and grassy area with kids' play structure, big upstairs bedrooms, and spacious master. The 4 secondary bedrooms upstairs do share one hallway bath, and there is no first-floor bedroom. From the official description:
