Weekend Opens (8/4-8/5/18)

What's that? You didn't train for any of those events?

Then come down to the pier Sunday morning (7:30am-9:30am) and build a sand castle. The competition is sponsored by MB Parks & Rec and prizes supplied by DigMB.com (aka your blog author here and Mrs. MBC). See more on the weekend's events in this article on DigMB. Instead, this super location at the top of the hill with a 7500 sqft. lot and city/treetop views seems destined to be a building site for a new home that can take greater advantage.

That new home could really be something. For now... enjoy the potential views from the deck in back. Oh, and don't expect that $1.499M start price to be the end... Below is the official description:

1520 MB Blvd. #C1520 Manhattan Beach Boulevard C Manhattan Beach CA (2br/2ba, 1075 sqft.) is a condo advertised as "the lowest priced listing in Manhattan Beach since 2016!"

Not incorrect! The lowest-priced listing/sale since 2016 was the sale of 1501 Artesia Blvd. #1 at $767K in Sept. 2017. A short sale at 1521 Artestia Blvd. #1 closed at $687K at the end of 2016. So... yes.

Per the description:

West of Highland? Check. Views? Yes. Needs some updating/refreshing? Probably so.
