The newest listing is 2008 Wendy (3br/1ba, 1150 sq. ft.), with a pool and backing up to Aviation Blvd.
They're asking $999K. Most would call this a Manhattan Beach starter home.

1205 Wendy (3br/2ba, 1700 sq. ft.), a recent (quality) flipper remodel, at $1.295M in late May.
2004 Wendy (5br/4ba, 3100 sq. ft.), a big Craftsman, at $1.607M in late April.
1605 Wendy (5br/5ba, 3565 sq. ft.), a huge Mediterranean, at $1.965M in March.

It's been a pretty amazing run for this little block.
Turnover just seems higher on Wendy consistently. This may owe to the fact that it's less pricey to get in, but eventually people want to move up.
We first took note of the recent burst of activity here in March in "Wendy Not a Turnoff?"
The trend seemed to be in place then. Now it's just being confirmed.
At some point, they'll run out of houses on Wendy to sell. Then maybe another street can catch up.
So far this year, there are only 2 other sales in Liberty Village east of Redondo: One each on Faymont and Lynngrove.
