Large custom Spanish on huge lot at 835 17th asked $5.8M earlier, has a buyer now (list: $4.999M)

Big, glam, newer Mediterranean way far east at 1813 3rd made a very fast deal (list: $2.795M)

Is $1M really a cut at 1000 The Strand? Now "down" to $27.9M in 6th month

Custom modern beachy-Spanish remodel at 937 8th starts at $5.500M
