The priciest homes in Manhattan Beach are typically those nearest the beach or with the largest lots. An ocean view adds a huge premium to the price. For this reason, homes in the Sand Section and Hill Section usually have the biggest price tags each year.

In terms of local market conditions, you will see more homes listed for sale between February and June, which tends to be the busiest time of year for home transactions in Manhattan Beach. There can be a slowdown in Summer, but more activity again in September and October.
