Liberty Village new modern at 1304 Lynngrove cuts $100K more, now $2.799M

Modern 2-story with city views at 217 Larsson asked $3.6M last year, $3.250M this year, got $2.982M

Hill Section modern with great views at 225 John cuts $400K (-5%) to $6.995M

Hill Section view lot at 407 N. Poinsettia closes for full price: $3.495M ($606/PSF for dirt, wow)

Second Hill Section cut Monday: New construx at 873 9th down $200K more to $4.499M (start: $4.999M)

Second Tree Section escrow to fall out Monday: 856 12th Ct. comes back at $1.990M

Last week 2500 Maple was the first Tree Section listing to sell quickly, back on market now (list: $2.999M)

New construction at 569 33rd hits a new high among similarly sized homes at $3.795M

Price cuts in the Trees on newer listings: 724 29th (-$155K to $3.295M) & 624 30th (-$100K to $2.795M)

Upgraded Hill Section Mediterranean at 873 11th is now down 7% to $3.599M
