Cottage one door off MBB at 1155 Magnolia had a deal, doesn't now, back at $1.199M

Tree Section corner lot at 1800 Ardmore took a few days off, $100K or so off, and is back at $2.595M

Almost 5 months in, new construx right downtown (really) at 216 9th Place has a buyer (last at $3.799M)

Modest, somewhat updated 2-story at 2708 N. Ardmore made a deal within 3 weeks (start: $1.499M)

South End Sand Section new construx at 516 4th has a deal (list: $5.250M); joins nearby 441 3rd which also has a buyer (last at $5.399M)
