Hill Section Mediterranean at 701 Dianthus has its 2nd deal of the year, hoping it sticks (list: $3.195M)

East MB Mediterranean with pool and disappearing doors at 1340 19th had a deal break down, now cuts to $2.599M

Both 1155 Magnolia ($1.199M) and 1205 Wendy ($1.499M) re-list at the prices they were at when they just quit
