MB Inventory as of 3/15/13

Below is all active inventory of SFRs and THs in Manhattan Beach as of March 15, 2013.

A total of 46 properties were on the market, 43 SFRs and 3 THs. They are listed by section in ascending price order.

One of the notable changes from just 2 weeks ago is the upgrade in Tree Section inventory from just 6 to 16.

However, overall inventory is up by only 3 homes from 2 weeks ago, an indication that newer listings are selling very quickly.

There was a drop over this past 2-week period in East Manhattan Beach inventory from 15 listings to 7.
