Below is all active inventory of SFRs and THs in Manhattan Beach as of April 30, 2013.

A total of 38 properties were on the market, 34 SFRs and 4 THs. They are listed by section in ascending price order.

This is a small increase from the total at mid-month, which was 35 total properties.

Absolutely nothing is listed for sale now in the Hill Section. East MB inventory went up a tad from 10 to 14. The Sand Section saw inventory grow from 13 to 16.
