Below is all active inventory of SFRs and THs in Manhattan Beach as of May 31, 2013.

A total of 64 properties were on the market, 53 SFRs and 11 THs. They are listed by section in ascending price order.

This is a notable bump up of 13 listings from the total at mid-month, which was 51 total properties.

And it's 26 more than the total at the start of May, which was 38.

64 listings isn't 100, but it is starting to feel like buyers have more choices, which is all we can ask.
