Below is all active inventory of SFRs and THs in Manhattan Beach as of Aug. 31, 2013.

A total of 52 properties was on the market, 42 SFRs and 10 THs. They are listed by section in ascending price order.

This inventory total is down quite a bit (-11) just since mid-August.

There is often a lull before Labor Day, but this was an extraordinary dropoff.
