Spanish TH at 3603 Manhattan Ave. cuts $200K (-8%) to $2.299M

Sepulveda-impacted Caliterranean at 1127 6th sells near asking at $1.975M - Westside agents on both sides FWIW

Even 1336 2nd couldn't stay under $1M - last list: $999K; sold price: $1.027M

1400 Elm sold over asking – by $1.00 even ($2.300M)
