Big lot (6K+ sq. ft.) at 768 26th helped draw lots of interest, even at $1.699M – now in escrow

438 S. Meadows was in escrow a while, flopped out, raised the price $100K and now has a deal (list: $2.600M)

Big Mediterranean at 1636 Ruhland sold new in 2006 for $2.675M, back now at $2.595M

Larger modern remodel at 1608 Magnolia starts at $1.499M

90s ocean-view TH at 108 Manhattan Ave. starts at $2.199M; rear unit at 109 Bayview sold for $2.600M in Nov. '13

Mediterranean TH at 2211 Vista closes for $2.005M, 3% below list

3213 Valley made a deal last month, but is back on market now (list: $1.499M)

Fixer/lot at 711 Larsson made a deal last week, but is back on market (list: $1.475M)

Fixer at 1701 Pacific has a deal (list: $1.500M)
