Contemporary at 3308 Pacific was bought for $1.3M recently, totally redone and now up at $1.795M

What might 1601 Pacific have fetched 2-3 years ago? Now it's $1.799M for 2400 sq. ft., remodeled

Another Speedy Speckie gone: 2600 Oak is in escrow (list: $1.899M)

Hill Section corner lot at 1026 Pacific sold for $1.680M (bid up from $1.5M)

Several offers came in for 1340 1st (list: $1.250M)

1205 Wendy is little (2br, 920 sq. ft.) but newly tricked out and below $1M (list: $959K)

How about $4.2M for new construx in the Hill Section, no views: 502 N. Dianthus

Explosively wild architectural modern at 610 12th starts at $6M

221 7th is a new ocean-view Cape Cod at $5.5M; has tons in common with new 224 6th, sold in early May for $5.250M
