Darling exterior at 3615 Laurel is promising, so is $1.699M price; 1 door off Rosecrans, though

French Normandy at 3304 Poinsettia has a deal (list: $2.049M)

3521 Oak has its second deal, maybe this one will stick (list: $1.075M)

1701 Gates has quit; it racked up 390 DOM and recently increased the price $200K to $1.698M

Remodeled 3212 Palm sells over asking at $1.765M

That $12.00 price cut last week didn't work, so 222 Larsson is now down $100K more to $1.599M (no 8's)
