But it looks like the record holder is a Liberty Village remodel with less than 1800 sq. ft. that's just steps down 15th St. to the middle school.
It's 1500 Lynngrove (3br/2ba, 1775 sq. ft.), listed early this May and nabbing a buyer within a few weeks.
Final reported sale price: $93,000,000, more than $92m above asking.
Maybe they got the oil and gas rights with the house?
