Manhattan Beach New Listings (3/23-3/24/24)

While the Spring season seems slow to develop – and we keep getting little rainstorms that make it seem like Winter – there are a few new listings worth your attention this week.

Humbly speaking, one is our new listing in nearby North Hermosa, at 2435 Myrtle, a super unique 2-building offering, with an ocean-view main house and separate rental building with 2 units of its own. The whole package is offered at $4.199M, and we'll be open this weekend Sat./Sun. 1-4pm. (See this brief blog post on the back story to the house.)

Among the 4 new Manhattan Beach listings this week, all but one is along a busy street. Just a quirk of timing.

Open house times for new listings are listed below, but you can also click SEARCHES then "Open Houses" at the top of our site, which displays all the Manhattan Beach open houses. There are also links right at the top to Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach opens.
