Executive Chef Jose Acevedo has designed a menu where every dish has a bit of a twist from what you may have ever seen in a Mexican restaurant. A signature dish is the mushroom choriqueso, mixing three cheeses, poblano chiles, white wine, and a mushroom and chorizo mix. Turn heads by ordering the Mercado Surf & Turf Tablita, a wooden platter with roasted half chicken, carnitas with cauliflower, shrimp skewer with cilantro pesto, rice, beans and chiles, and more – a dish intended to serve three.
