About 31st & 33rd Streets
Ask a local, and many will name 31st Street as a standout block, owing to its distinctive, high tree canopy, made up mainly of eucalyptus trees.
Also, homes on the southern side of 31st Street benefit from a downslope from the front to the back of the lot, allowing for garages to be "buried" in back under living areas that flow straight from the front to the back. Still, 33rd Street gets its due as a great family neighborhood street. Lots on both sides of 33rd typically have a flat topography. In recent months, there have been more sales along 33rd St. also.

For middle school and high school, all Manhattan Beach public school students go to Manhattan Beach Middle School and Mira Costa High School.
