As if Thanksgiving week wasn't great enough, now comes all the extra fun.
Lovers of real estate tend who flock here to MB Confidential tend to include lots of folks who also enjoy the annual Holiday Homes Tour organized by the local charitable group the Sandpipers.
This weekend, the tours and holiday boutique run Friday-Sunday, 10:00am-5:00pm. Use the Holiday Homes Tour link above to get advance tickets. (They're $30 each, tax-deductible, until Dec. 3, then $35.)
There are 3 epic homes this year, each to be decorated in grand fashion by "local artisans and florists," per Sandpipers.

The Santa Float is already rolling around Manhattan Beach neighborhoods. (Again, DigMB has the map & dates.)
Friday evening, the Mira Costa bands (with Marching Band and Color Guard) host their Winter Concert outdoors at Costa's Waller Stadium.
All weekend, it's Local Love Holiday Weekend, with activities in major shopping areas (Manhattan Village, Metlox, Downtown MB) and all over town. Some are longtime traditions (roving carolers downtown) and some are new (Sunday's golf cart parade).
Next weekend, the Manhattan Beach Holiday Fireworks (2021) are back, along with the snow park and music.
They say you don't appreciate something until it's taken away.
Last year at this time, we just didn't have these local traditions and events going on.
So take a little time this year to appreciate it all, as part of what makes Manhattan Beach so special.
