Manhattan Beach New Listings (4/20-4/21/24)

It's a fine, sunny (they promise) Spring weekend, and this week we're glad to have a classic beach house to offer you, leading off the the list of all new listings in Manhattan Beach this week.

417 34th Place (see more below) is a we home remembered well from a few years back when it had been on the market. It was nice then, but needed changes. Well, our clients did the biggest change needed, moving the kitchen upstairs from its smallish, original space on the first level to the bright, open second floor, with a family-room loft above it. They've also restyled it in the vein of a classic Cape Cod. Come see it Saturday (2-4) or Sunday (1-4)!

Open house times for new listings are listed below, but you can also click SEARCHES then "Open Houses" at the top of our site, which displays all the Manhattan Beach open houses. There are also links right at the top to Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach opens.
