All of a sudden, there are 87 properties on the market this week, with 15 new listings.

Your local realtors this week had to sprint through the marathon task of trying to see as many new homes as possible after months with too few to see each Friday. Now we have a "short" weekend for open houses, with some listings not open at all on Sunday.

Still, with all this new inventory, it looks like a lot of moms could be getting houses for Mother's Day, just sayin...
