It's August, school is getting ready to restart for some in our house, and it's been time for one quick little getaway.

For that reason, we missed broker tours this week, and we are mainly just presenting the official details on new listings below.

True story: As part of the MBC family's vacations this year, we've visited Mission Bay (San Diego), Morro Bay and Monterey Bay... all of them MBs. (And all bays, come to think of it.)

Guess it's hard to break a habit of hanging around MB!
