Overall, inventory rose by 7 during the first part of October to a total of 101
SFRs west of Sepulveda. Inventory by sub-region west of Hwy. 1:
This modest increase in inventory came as 12
new listings hit the market (nearly one per day) but only 3
active listings were posted as going into escrow from Oct. 1-15.
There were also 6 cancellations and 4 listings that returned to the market, some after very brief time off, and some – like the short sale at 2812 Elm
and the walkstreet home at 429 7th
– returning after a failed escrow.

UPDATE: The first version of this story counted 4 new escrows, but 660 33rd
