It's good not to expect much in December, in terms of real estate.
To date, among SFRs in our subject region west of Sepulveda, we've seen:
- 3 new listings;
- 3 cancellations;
- 3 price reductions; and
- 1 sale (new escrow).
It can only get more interesting than that.

. This one (4br/3ba, 3300 sq. ft.) began at $1.799m in July, and spent the most time at $1.699m. We're told the sellers had previously rejected, in concept, any offer in the $1.5m range. Now they're the highlight of the month, so far.
