MBC ran a little
poll last year around this time to capture readers' Summer activities. A similar poll is posted now – let us know what you did in town. We'll run the poll all week, till Sunday night at 8pm.
Dialing back, last year produced a September to remember, in a rather awful sense. Markets collapsing, weekly bailouts and nationalizations, the scramble for solutions. Here's hoping for a brighter Fall.

$2.150m for a home purchased for
$2.8m just 3 years earlier, a 23% drop in that span.
