You might know about the Manhattan Pointe row house community that's on Aviation Place. (Here's a recent sale in case you want to see the complex.)
Last week, the occasion was the introduction of 4 new condos (er, townhomes) over there, on a street you may not have known existed: Aviation Way.
Way? Way.
Already, 3 of the 4 new condos have buyers:
611 Aviation Way (3br/3ba, 1850 sqft., $1.729M) - in escrow (made a deal Thurs.)
615 Aviation Way (3br/3ba, 1850 sqft., $1.659M) - in escrow (also made a deal Thurs.)
617 Aviation Way (3br/4ba, 1850 sqft., $1.660M) - sold Thurs. (obviously arranged pre-market)
There's only one left, a middle unit that also carries the highest price tag:
613 Aviation Way (3br/3ba, 1850 sqft., $1.740M)
