Manhattan Beach New Listings (6/17-6/18/23)

Summer won't be as fully quiet as this week, but whew!

Only 3 new listings came to market in the past week, all pretty original homes – two at only about 1000 sqft.

What's more, none of the new listings was open to brokers this week. Some will debut with public open houses this weekend.

We'll take this chance to say congrats to all the local kids who finished another year in school, including 573 graduates from Mira Costa High School (see the MB News story and photo gallery).
