Whatever the heck was up with last week's virtual boycott – really few sellers bringing new listings to market – this week, at least we can be grateful for new Sand Section options and some more in East Manhattan.

Still waiting on the Tree Section or Hill to provide something new. You do know buyers are hungry, right?
