Tree Section

660 33rd Street (5br/6ba, 4663 sqft.) is a 2009-built Mediterranean that has just gotten a complete, head-to-toe restyling inside.

Almost the only vestiges of the original design are some dark flooring and a few arches. (Well, the exterior, too.) Inside, the style is fully that of a newer build or remodel of recent years, featuring white marble countertops, tons of white paint, and lots of accents drawn from East Coast beachy revival style homes – they added wainscoting to the dining room, wrapped fireplaces in (faux?) brick, and so forth.

East Manhattan Beach

1336 1st Street (4br/4ba, 2885 sqft.) benefits from a series of additions and remodels, with an expansion dating to the 80s and a stylistic remodel completed just a few years ago.

The house doesn't precisely have the vibe of new construction, but it's close. There's a very large front living room area, not fully filled out with furniture as shown today, but it's a flexible space.

The remodeled kitchen does open to a dedicated dining area and a family room in back with lots of windows and views of the backyard. Tucked away to one side is a guest bedroom/office.
