26 sales (new escrows), making May the hottest month recently – March had 24 sales and April had 19, by our count. A few of those May sales were, once again, on listings that had just hit the market. What a Spring it's been.

Total inventory was down by 5 listings from the end of April, at
79 SFRs west of Sepulveda – same as in mid-May.
For what it's worth, June has begun with a little rush of new inventory and not quite as many sales, but let's see how that pans out by mid-month.
