It's time for one of our twice-monthly Manhattan Beach market updates.

Now, before we jump to bullet points and spreadsheets, let's mix it up a little. Below (or at this link) you can see our new, brief video celebration of this year's 6-Man volleyball tourney. Yes, the tourney was at a more modest scale than back in the day (hello, it was mid-week!), but still good fun. Enjoy the video!

Now for the market update.
Here's the quick overview on active inventory at the end of the month:
- 66 active listings as of 7/31/13
- 55 SFRs
- 11 THs
This is down 4 from July 15, and comparable to the end of May, when we were at 64. Not a big Summer accretion of inventory, yet.
Active listings by region of Manhattan Beach:
- Tree Section: 14 actives
- Sand Section: 20 actives
- Hill Section: 10 actives
- East MB: 22 actives
Each region was down except East MB, at +5.
