Manhattan Beach New Listings (1/20-1/21/24)

A couple of Tree Section listings that were new last week are under contract already (the Spanish at 2523 Valley and lot at 616 Marine).

So you see, some buyers are out there rarin' to go.

There's just a bit of new inventory this week, but one lesson is: Be Ready.
