Manhattan Beach New Listings (12/12-12/13/20)

By Dave Fratello | December 12th, 2020

We're now having more of a "normal" December, with the flow of new listings down to a trickle, and many listings that were active as recently as last week now canceled or on hold.

For the first time in a long time, inventory has dropped below 100, at 93 as of Saturday morning.

But we'll feature the latest listings competing for your attention below. As is our custom, in each section of MB below, we feature first the listings with 3D tours or other virtual tours, and link you to them so you can explore.

Below, click any address link to view all photos and property details. And don't forget, when previewing homes here on MB Confidential, you can click "Open All Images" right above the main listing photo to get immediate display of all the listing photos at once.

Listings appearing here come from the whole MB market and may or may not be represented by MB Confidential author Dave Fratello and Edge.
