It's time for one of our twice-monthly Manhattan Beach market updates.

Here's the quick overview on active inventory as of mid-month:
- 70 active listings as of 7/15/13
- 58 SFRs
- 12 THs
This is up 2 from June 30, and up 6 from the highest total so far in one of our twice-monthly updates this year, which was 64 at the end of May.
It seems that for a few weeks inventory has been hovering right around the 70 mark. The question is whether we'll see continued balance around that number, or perhaps the growth in inventory that is widely expected over the course of the Summer.

- Sand Section: 24 actives
- Hill Section: 13 actives
- East MB: 17 actives
