One Picture, 1,000 Questions

We spend all day looking at houses, often online. Along the way, you do see a little bit of everything.

Once in a while, some detail or photo raises some questions.

A photo like this one, for a condo in Torrance:

1800 Oak Street 505, Torrance,

Hey there, Kitty!

Or, wait, is that a mountain lion? P-90505?

Is that why everyone fled the pool area?

I thought cats hated water?

Wait, wait. This is the #1 photo, typically used to show off the "most important" feature of a property.

Are you saying this is a condo complex full of cougars?

And so on...

1800 Oak Street 505, Torrance, The property is 1800 Oak St. #505 (2br/3ba, 1960 sqft.), currently offered for $1.125M. (Listed by Kayoko Inada, Keller Williams South Bay.)

The balance of the photos are pretty conventional, showcasing a nicely decorated home, primped for sale.

It's actually a nice-looking property, if this is the sort of place you're looking for. You should check it out.

If you do look deeper, out of 55 photos, there's only that first one that we could see with a cat (or any animal) – the featured shot where Tommy, Lord of the Village on Oak, needed to establish his ownership of the condo complex.

If we know cats, Tommy probably has at least 3 homes in the complex, all offering food daily. In exchange, everyone gets protection from rodents. Residents really should charge the cat chow to the HOA.
