It's time for one of our twice-monthly market updates.
We speculated in mid-August that maybe, just maybe, we'd finally start to see a little boost in inventory by Labor Day.
Ha ha ha. Maybe later.
At this report, active listings were down by 11, from 63 to 52 – that's in just 2 weeks.
Here's the quick overview on active inventory at the end of the month:
- 52 active listings as of 8/31/13
- 42 SFRs
- 10 THs
It's just less and less and less than we saw during the Summer.
Mid-July saw 70 listings, mid-August 63, and now here we are. It can only go up, right?
Active listings by region of Manhattan Beach:
- Tree Section: 10 actives
- Sand Section: 16 actives
- Hill Section: 8 actives
- East MB: 18 actives
